1. Order Processing Time

• Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

• During sales, festive seasons, or product launches, processing times may be slightly extended due to high order volumes.

2. Delivery Timeframe

• Standard Delivery Time: 4–6 working days across Pakistan.

• Delivery timelines may vary based on your location and external factors such as weather conditions, courier delays, or public holidays.

3. Shipping Charges

• Cash on Delivery (COD): Standard shipping charges are PKR 250/- for all locations across Pakistan.

• Bank Transfer Orders: FREE delivery is offered nationwide when you pay via bank transfer.

• International Orders (if applicable): Charges are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the customer’s responsibility.

4. Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with your tracking number and a link to monitor your order in real-time.

5. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept, reshipping charges will apply.

6. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Packages

• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos so we can resolve the issue.

• In the event of a lost shipment, we will coordinate with the courier to arrange a replacement or refund (where applicable).

• We are not liable for delays caused by courier services or events beyond our control.
