Due to the nature of our products, certain limitations apply to exchanges and refunds to ensure product safety and hygiene.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges only if:
The item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
The request is made within 7 days of delivery.
The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Please note: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used skincare, soap, or personal care products unless they are defective.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Products purchased during sales, promotions, or clearance events.
Gift cards and promotional items.
Opened, used, or partially consumed products.
3. Process for Exchanges/Refunds

4. Shipping Costs
If the error is on our side (wrong, defective, or damaged item): Hizel Beauty will cover all shipping costs.
If the return is for other reasons (e.g., change of mind): The customer is responsible for shipping charges.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately with photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement if they have not yet been shipped. Once shipped, the standard return/exchange policy applies.
